Elemental Shaman: Rotation

Single target

1. 
   Call of the Elements before the pull: Strength of Earth or Stoneskin, Mana Spring, and Searing Totem dropped last because it lasts only 40 seconds at 30 (55 at rank 6).
2. 
   Lightning Bolt to pull from range.
3. 
   Flame Shock straight after, and refresh it when it ends on a target that will live.
4. 
   Lava Burst from 40, on cooldown while your own Flame Shock is on the target (+20%). Unconfirmed (in client data or one guide only)
5. 
   Lightning Bolt as the filler until the target dies.
6. 
   Earth Shock to interrupt; keep the mana for it if you own the interrupt.

Packs and AoE

1. 
   Searing Totem or Magma Totem down first: Fire Nova explodes around your active Fire totem.
2. 
   Fire Nova on cooldown against three or more enemies; Trial by Fire (once Improved Fire Nova) makes it 6 seconds.
3. 
   Chain Lightning from 32 on packs that are safe to hit; Lightning Overload can repeat it.
4. 
   Earthbind Totem with Earthbound, to root the pack for 5 seconds while you cast.

Cooldowns and emergencies

• 
  Earthbind Totem and Frost Shock to kite a melee mob you can't kill standing still.
• 
  Healing Wave a self-heal when a pull goes wrong.
• 
  Reincarnation an hourly self-resurrection with an Ankh.
• 
  Grounding Totem from 30, to soak a dangerous single-target spell.
• 
  Stoneclaw Totem to pull a melee mob off you while you back away.

Macros are untested in the Forever client unless a label says otherwise.
