  Kidney Shot follow Cheap Shot for a long stun chain.
• 
  Blind Elusiveness cuts its cooldown by 90 seconds.

While leveling

1. 
   Premeditation two points before the opener; they last 20 seconds and no longer need Stealth.
2. 
   Ambush from Stealth with a dagger, or Cheap Shot for control.
3. 
   Rupture on targets that live long; it beats Slice and Dice there.
4. 
   Slice and Dice on everything else.
5. 
   Hemorrhage your builder from 30.
6. 
   Eviscerate with spare points.
